Job Descriptions
Construction Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
On-site lead for the deployment of medium/large Distributed Antenna Systems installation projects including site/client communications, subcontractor management, materials logistics, construction schedules and allocation of internal resources.
Participate in creation of the execution plan for the project
Meet with clients and perform pre-construction site visit of buildings, campuses, subterranean levels, and other areas where RF signals may need to be enhanced, provide design change suggestions.
Collect site details on med/large projects for use to adjust Budgetary Designs and BOM to accurate details for construction and deployment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve basic installation and hardware problems.
Enforce Quality Control to ensure installation meets required standards.
Maintain a current and accurate status of all construction activities and be able to communicate the status through reports, e-mails, meetings, conference calls.
Report to Client, Project Manager with Project Schedules and Construction Progress Updates.
Enforce accuracy of the Project Scope of Work.
Manage client/site and subcontractor relationships and schedules.
Manage the development of accurate Project Closing Package, Construction Reports and Testing reports.
Required Skills
• Ability to travel within the region up to 75% of the time

Warehouse Professional
We are actively seeking a professional who can support warehouse logistics responsibilities.
Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, scanning, and loading of packages. They move a variety of packages and they process these efficiently for the warehouse operations. Work in a physically-demanding warehouse environment, and continually lift, lower and slide packages for the duration of their shifts. Daytime hours only. Workdays are from Monday to Friday.

Field RF Engineer I
Key Job Responsibilities
- Independently perform basic site surveys of buildings, campuses, subterranean levels, and other areas where RF signals may need to be enhanced
- Support Senior Field Engineers on site in assembly, programming, troubleshooting, optimization and commissioning of Distributed Antenna Systems
- Gather, organize, analyze, document and maintain data collected on site surveys using industry specific software tools
- Analyze key performance indicators of monitored systems to identify potential issues and proactively maintain system optimization
- Perform testing of various type of antennas, RF electronics and wireless system components
- Use test equipment such as signal generator, spectrum analyzer, PIM analyzer and fiber optic power meter

Field Support Engineer
Key Job Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance indicators of monitored systems to identify potential issues and proactively maintain system optimization
- Assist with bench testing of various type of antennas, RF electronics and wireless system components
- Assist in bench assembly, labeling, organizing and packaging of wireless systems components
- Process, organize, analyze, document and maintain data collected on site surveys using industry specific software tools
- Accompany Senior Field Engineers on site survey of buildings, campuses, subterranean levels, and other areas where RF signals may need to be enhanced
- Support Senior Field Engineers on site in assembly, programming, troubleshooting, optimization and commissioning of Distributed Antenna Systems

- Create detailed customer proposals that include Bill of Material, Scope of Work and Cost Estimation per design
- Create 2D & 3D Propagation Maps in iBwave representing design predictions
- Import data from field walk test tools into iBwave
- Compile iBwave reports for Link Budget, Software Handoff and others
- Create cost estimate from BOMs for engineering services and labor
- Service as technical design resource for Field Engineering, Project Management and DAS Construction Teams
- Input pertinent data, definitions, caveats, assumptions, and exclusions needed for labor estimates and proposals for each design
- Responsible for reviewing other designs
- Investigate and remain current with new products, design theories and trends in the industry
- Cultivate and maintain technical support contacts with iBwave and OEMs
Required Skills

Design Engineer II

Required Skills
- Experience with DAS design for large venues, such as casinos, hotels, high rises, and stadiums
- Intimate knowledge of propagation tools and modeling
- Fundamental understanding of the physicals behind RF wave propagation theory
- Proven experience in applying RF formulas and mathematical equations to RF designs
- Extensive experience working with multiple DAS Technologies (CommScope, Corning, JMA, ADRF or SOLiD)
- Experience designing UHF, VHF, P25, 5GNR, LTE, UMTS, CDMA and CBRS DAS/Small Cell Solutions

Field Technician Contractor
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide onsite engineering support during deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex installation and hardware problems for both active and passive DAS equipment.
- Navigate technical SOWs to accurately execute procedures and deliverables.
- Support Senior Field Engineers on site in assembly, programming, troubleshooting, optimization and commissioning of Distributed Antenna Systems.
- Utilize test equipment such as signal generator, spectrum analyzer, PIM analyzer and fiber optic power meter to troubleshoot and diagnose network issues.
- Perform benchmark and post-commissioning data collection using laptop, PCTEL scanner, UE’s and industry standard data collection software.
- Travel to multiple job sites throughout the region up to 70% of the time.
